château de Montby
The Château de Montby is an ancient fortress and seigneurial residence built in the 14th century, by the eponymous family, instead of an 11th century building, on the plateau of Montby, today the northern part of the commune of Gondenans-Montby, in the Doubs, in Franche-Comté. It is owned by the Mettetal family and has been listed in the Supplementary Inventory of Historic Monuments since December 8, 2009.
