château de Pontécoulant
The Château de Pontécoulant is a 16th century residence on the territory of the French commune of Pontécoulant in the Calvados department in the Normandy region. The domain of Pontécoulant brings together the distinctive marks of the nobility: castle, pavilions of the hunting and gardener, dovecoier, landscaped park, farm, wood and land. The family Le Doulcet de Pontécoulant settled there in the 16th century and died there in 1896, leaving the castle in the Calvados department, which set it up as a museum in 1908. The castle is listed as historical monuments.
