Château de Reynel

Reynel Castle is located in the commune of Reynel in the Haute-Marne, 30 km north of Chaumont (Haute-Marne Prefecture). The castle, included in the additional inventory of historical monuments in 1989, dates from the 18th century (1763-1772). Located on a steep spur, Reynel was in the Middle Ages an advanced defence post in front of the Holy Roman Empire and then Lorraine.
