The castle of the Spitzemberg appears on the top of the Spitzemberg in the extension of the massif of the Ormont only in the form of ruins of base, 1.3 km in flight of bird to the west of the town hall of Beulay, 1 km in flight of bird to the south-west of the center of La Petite-Fosse, on the latter commune in the Vosges.
