Saint-Thibault Church is a parish church located in the commune of Mandres-les-Roses. There was a 13th century chapel dedicated to St.Thibault (1017-1068) hermit monk installed there with other religious. This chapel was erected as a parish in 1420 and consecrated at Saint-Thibault in 1453.
Catherine de la Guette, born Meurdrac, baptized 27 February 1613 in this church, mentions her in her Memoirs as the place of her marriage. In 1623, Lucrece de Montonvilliers, who in 1833 would also offer the decoration of the chapel of Saints Angels at the church of Saint-Eustache, added a chapel of Saint Luce to him. His grave is in the church.
