The Théâtre de la Choucrouterie is a theatre located in Strasbourg, near the church of Saint-Louis, in the Finkwiller district. It is a place of Alsatian culture, and its director is the songwriter and comedian Roger Siffer. The Choucrouterie saw the beginnings of the guitarist (and actor) Chavolo Schmitt, but also of the actor Alex Lutz.

Each season, the Théâtre de la Choucrouterie hosts alternately the satirical magazine (in Alsatian and French) and other shows by regional actors (stand-up, concerts). For several years, improvisation shows in Alsatian have also been offered. Historically, a real sauerkraut factory occupied this building with its courtyard before being turned into a cabaret.
