The Maison de la radio et de la télévision is a museum, cultural and educational space dedicated to the history and evolution of radiophony, television and audiovisual media. This beautiful house of character built at the end of the 19th century and located in the village of Samazan (Department of Lot-et-Garonne, Aquitaine region) also hosts the headquarters of the Euroregional Radio and Television Sans Frontières Network (TSF Network), the only French-Spanish cross-border audiovisual media club.
The Maison de la radio et de la télévision offers visitors a journey through the history of radio and television; screening of thematic documentaries; visits to several permanent exhibitions; Silence, we turn! (the discovery of the elements that make possible the recording of an audiovisual program) and the Game of Presidents (the adventure that allows each and every visitor to play for a few minutes the role of president of a country and to address the citizens of the world surrounded by cameras, spots and a telepromptor).
