musée Dupuytren
The Dupuytren Museum is a former pathological anatomy museum in Paris created in 1835 by Mathieu Orfila. He was at 15 rue de l'École-de-Médecine, within the former convent of Cordeliers, the enclosure of what was for a long time the Faculty of Medicine of Paris, now occupied by the Faculty of Health of the Paris-Cité University. He was named in honour of French anatomist and surgeon Guillaume Dupuytren. His collections were transferred to adapted reserves on the site of Jussieu of the Pierre-et-Marie-Curie University, the current Faculty of Science of Sorbonne University, in March 2016.
