musée Paul-Émile-Victor
The Paul-Émile-Victor Museum is the first museum of the poles of France created by Pierre Marc in Prémanon in the Jura in 1987-1988 (architects Jean-Michel Dubois and Olivier Gendrin) and dedicated to explorer Paul-Émile Victor. Most of its unique polar collection is now part of the Polar Worlds Space, a cultural and sports complex dedicated to the polar regions, which succeeded the first museum in 2017 in Prémanon.
