The Nivernais Museum of Education is a French museum located in Nevers, Nièvre. It is managed by the Association des Amis du Musée Nivernais de l'Éducation (AMNE), which aims to contribute to the preservation and exploitation of the Nivernais educational heritage by contributing: - the enrichment and outreach of the Nivernais Museum of Education; - in search of testimonies that illustrate the analysis and evolution of the education system in its various components (educational act, actors, populations taught, teaching methods, education techniques, etc.); - to manage the collections of the Nivernais Museum of Education - to stimulate and support research in the history of education - to transmit, under the best conditions of conservation, as much documentation as possible to increase the knowledge of the past educational act and its evolution.
