The Museum of Decorative Arts of the Indian Ocean, or MADOI, is a museum of the Region Reunion labeled "Musée de France", on the island of La Réunion, French overseas department south-west of the Indian Ocean. Located on the domain of Maison Rouge in Saint-Louis, it has been open since the end of December 2008, where it exhibits alternately and thematically its very rich collection consisting of furniture, textiles, china, art objects, through a program of temporary exhibitions. The museum is under the scientific supervision of curator Thierry-Nicolas C. Chakaloff, author of several publications on this collection.
