The Musée du Sous-Officier is a French museum located in the Marchand district and dependent on the École nationale des non-officers d'active de Saint-Maixent-l'École en France. It traces the adventure of the non-commissioned officers, from antiquity to the present day, as well as the history of the military schools of Saint-Maixent, through a choice of uniforms, weapons, paintings and everyday objects of the non-commissioned officer.
