Grenoble Museum of Natural History is a municipal museum founded in 1775 in Grenoble. Since the opening of the building in 1855, it has presented the public with a rich natural heritage, including Alpine. His collections consist of a million and a half objects and specimens in the disciplines of botany, zoology, geology and ethnology. The facades and roofs on the edge of the Plant Garden adjacent to the establishment have been listed as historic monuments since January 24, 1944.
