Valençay Memorial is a Franco-British monument erected in France in Valençay (Indre):
"in memory of SOE Section F agents killed in combat or killed in deportation" during the Second World War. 104 agents, of whom 13 women were registered as not returning, most of them executed by Germans in terrible conditions in the camps. Their list is included in the Valençay Memorial List, "and in memory of the Allied air and naval crews who disappeared during special missions."
