ouvrage de l'Immerhof
The work of the Immerhof, also known as the Farm Immerhof or Le Tiburce, is a fortified work of the Maginot line, located in the town of Hettange-Grande, in the Moselle department. It is a small mixed structure (i.e. with a little artillery), consisting of four blocks.
It was built between 1930 and 1935 and was spared by the fighting of June 1940. It is one of the smallest and best-armed works of the line because it is carried out in accordance with the original plans. It is also one of the few works of the line to have been built entirely open, then filled.
