The Pyrenean park of prehistoric art is a park-museum dedicated to prehistory in the Pyrenees, located near the village of Banat in the commune of Tarascon-sur-Ariège. Opened in 1994, it aims to introduce the general public to lifestyle and art at the time of Prehistory, through a museum space and animation workshops located outside. It is part of the Grand Sites of Midi-Pyrénées.
