About

The dolmens of the tip of Toulvern, also known as the dolmens of Lann Toulvern, are two dolmens located in Baden, Morbihan, France.

Location: The dolmens are located in a wood from the south of the point of Toulvern, about 340 m away from the dolmen of Mané-Ven-Guen, to the west of the road of Toulvern.

Description: The first dolmen, in the north, still has three slabs of cover, partially covering the corridor and the funeral chamber. They rest on dry stone walls. The corridor is about 5.5 m long for 1 m wide, while the chamber, roughly circular in shape, is about 2.2 m in diameter. The second dolmen, in the south, has only one covering slab. The corridor is about 4 m long for 1 m wide, while the chamber, roughly circular in shape, is about 2.5 m in diameter. The dolmens, both in poor condition, are contained in a still partially visible tumulus.

The dolmens are registered as historical monuments by order of 24 July 2023
