About

The Jean-Jaurès Bridge is a road bridge with beams allowing the crossing of the Seine between Elbeuf and Saint-Aubin-lès-Elbeuf in the Seine-Maritime department in Normandy. A first metal bridge, due to the Western Railway Company to facilitate exchanges between Elbeuf and its station built on the left bank, was opened in 1864 and destroyed in 1940. The existing bridge, built on the site of the old structure, was opened in 1964.
