The bridge of Oissel crosses the Seine by two successive road bridges, five hundred and sixty metres long, relying on the Île aux Boufs between the municipalities of Tourville-la-Rivière and Oissel.

Situation: Departmental road 13 begins on the town of Tourville-la-Rivière from Route 7 from La Saussaye to Saint-Jacques-sur-Darnétal. RD 13 connects the commune to Oissel directly by the road bridge on the Seine and connects to RD 18.

History: The history of the Ossel Bridges began in 1843. Prior to that date, to get to the right bank, the Osselians used the barge, a boat, drawn by horses from the haulage road, which carried passengers and goods between Rouen and Elbeuf. The construction of a bridge based on the Île aux Boufs was undertaken to allow the establishment of the railway line from Paris to Rouen, inaugurated on 2 May 1843.
