About

The Bezons Bridge, in its most recent version built of reinforced concrete in the 1950s, is a road bridge (RD392) / (RD992) and railway (line 2 of the Ile-de-France tram) of Île-de-France; It crosses the Seine between, on one side Nanterre and Colombes in the Hauts-de-Seine on the left bank and on the other side Bezons in the Val-d'Oise, on the right bank. The bridge gives its name to the nearby Pont de Bezons station, northern terminus of tram line 2. This terminus is located on the right bank of the Seine, the bridge being crossed in the centre by tramways coming from the Porte de Versailles where its southern terminus is located.

Sidewalks and cycle paths are metal bridges adjacent to the bridge and set up in 2009 when the tram line 2 arrived, in order to maintain the number of lanes for cars. During a 2007 count using tube meters, the average annual daily traffic was 70,973 vehicles.
