The Pont des Arvaux is a canal bridge or by destination a French aqueduct bridge that has been crossing the Sansfond over the Varaude since the 13th century. By ensuring the realization of this bridge, the monks of Cîteaux were able to extend the course of the Sansfond until their abbey, in order to cover their need for water.
