The Jardinet du Docteur-Antoine-Béclère is a square in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.
Situation and access: The square is located on the central land between 223 rue du Faubourg-Saint-Antoine and Rue Faidherbe, called Place Mireille Havet since 2006. The gates come from the old gardens of Richard-Lenoir Boulevard. It is served by line 8 at Faidherbe - Chaligny station.
History: He bears this name because of his proximity to the eponymous square. The garden surrounds the fountain of the Petite Halle, formerly "Fountain of Montreuil", built in 1719 by Jean Bausire in front of Saint-Antoine-des-Champs Abbey. Louis XV laid the first stone in 1719. Squarely, it has four quadrangular facades adorned with arches surmounted by frontons. The water flows from a mascaron with a human face.
