stade Albert-Domec
Albert Domec Stadium is a rugby stadium at XIII and XV in Carcassonne. It is the home of the Association Sportive Carcassonne XIII (ASC) and the Union sportif Carcassonne XV (USC), which is also used for major matches by the football club, FA Carcassonne Villalbe. The capacity of the stadium is 10,200 places.
Built in 1899, it is one of the oldest stadiums in France, renovated in 2002. It is also equipped for athletics, with a 400-metre track on eight corridors. The stadium was named after the former rugby international at XV and captain of the Carcassonne team Albert Domec, who died prematurely on 20 September 1948, at the age of 47.
