thermes des Lutteurs
The thermal baths of the Wrestlers in Saint-Romain-en-Gal, discovered in 1991, are part of a complex of an area of eight hectares which includes an esplanade of five hectares bordered to the east, on the side of the river, the portico of the Rhône, to the west of the thermal baths of the Palace of the Mirror and to the north of the western hemicycle, the northern portico and the thermal baths of the Wrestlers. The presence of this monumental ensemble on the right bank shows that the Gallo-Roman city of Vienna extended on both banks of the river.
