The covered stone of the château de la Ferriere, or dolmen du Bois de la Ferriere, is a dolmen located in La Ferriere-de-Flée, in the French department of Maine-et-Loire.

History: The excavations of 1888 reportedly collected a fragment of human mandibles, teeth, a tibia and a bronze sword. The building was classified as historic monuments in 1989. During the excavations of 1890 conducted by M. de Villebois-Mareuil, the dolmen was completely free of its tumulus, except on its eastern side, and the building now seems to have been erected in the middle of a bowl.

Description: It is a small, simple dolmen made of local Armo Rican sandstone, consisting of a rectangular chamber bounded by six supports and covered with a single cover table. The 1890 works contributed to the destabilization of the entire building and the west, south and east slabs were tilted inward and outward respectively. The north side, now open, was probably originally closed by two slabs now buried partly under the dolmen. A last slab stands in the northwest corner of the building 1.30 m away.
