Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption Church is a Catholic church on Réunion Island, French overseas department in the southwest Indian Ocean. Located at 44 rue du Général-de-Gaulle in Saint-Denis, the capital, it once served as a chapel at the nearby Collège de Bourbon. It is now the parish church in the south of the city centre.
