Notre-Dame-de-l'Assomption de Terre-de-Haut is a Catholic church in the Saintes Archipelago, a dependence of the French overseas department of Guadeloupe, located on Rue Jean-Calot in Terre-de-Haut. It constitutes the parish church of the island and is attached to the diocese of Guadeloupe. It is listed as a national historic heritage by ministerial decree of 31 December 1979.
