About

Notre-Dame du Brusc Church is a Catholic church located in Châteauneuf-Grasse in the French department of Alpes-Maritimes. Archaeological excavations of the site took place from 1958 to 1975. These excavations discovered a Paleo-Christian cemetery and above the walls of a 6th century church.

A baptismal tank dates back to the same period. In the 11th century, a large Romanesque church with a basilical plan was built. Partially destroyed during the Wars of Religion, it has been remedied successively to give it its present appearance.

The church and land in the south have been classified as historical monuments since 20 August 1986.
