The Saint-Fructuous Church of Camelas is a Romanesque church in the French department of the Pyrénées-Orientales. It is the parish church of Camelas is listed as historical monuments.
The Saint-Fructuous Church is located in the centre of the village of Camelas.
History: The first known mention of the place in a text dates from the tenth century. In the 11th century, it belonged to the abbey of Sainte-Marie d'Arles-sur-Tech. From an architectural point of view, the building is remodeled several times, the current building with elements whose dating is sometimes difficult to establish, but which could extend from the 12th century to the 17th century, then to the modern era. The church is listed as historical monuments by order of 5 October 1964.
