Saint Martin Church is a parish Catholic church located in Triel-sur-Seine, France. It is a large building from four different periods. Due to the successive enlargements between the late 15th and mid 16th centuries, the plan became very complex, and the Gothic nave of the second quarter of the 12th century represents only a tiny part of the total area.
Originally, it is a church of a regular cruciform plan. The vaults of his central ship probably collapsed after two generations, which prompted the reconstruction of the upper parts at the beginning of the 14th century. They are characterized by a triforium of Gothic style radiating particularly elegant.
The church, however, retains the flaw of a central ship and a transept too narrow, and the inhabitants remedy it at the end of the 15th century by equipping the church with a second sideline on all its southern flank, and a large chapel of two ships north of the transept and the choir.
