Location: It is located in the French department of Maine-et-Loire, in the commune of Montreuil-Bellay.
History: Former chapel of the castle built in the 15th century it became collegiate served by canons under the name of collegiate Notre-Dame. It was given to the commune and transformed into a parish church at the beginning of the 19th century following the decommissioning of the former Saint Peter church at the Priory of the Nobis, which fell into ruins. A bridge over the moat was built in 1863 to give direct access to the church without passing through the castle courtyard.
Protection: The building was classified as historical monuments in 1907 and 2022.
Description: The church located in the enclosure of the castle was originally its chapel. The nave is girdled with a funerary liter with seigneurial weapons.
