The chapel Notre-Dame de Lambader is a chapel of devotion and pilgrimage to the Virgin Mary located in the commune of Plouvorn, in the department of Finistère.

Location: The chapel is located in the hamlet of Lambader, south-east of the village of Plouvorn, at the limit of the commune with that of Plougourvest, in the hollow of a small wooded valley. The building is not girded with an enclosure but occupies the southern part of a plan square slightly inclined towards it and trees to the east around a calvary. Below the southeast corner of the chapel is the fountain of devotion adorned with a Pietà.

History: The chapel of Lambader was built between 1432 and 1440. The name Lambader came from a deformity of Saint Patern, who was bishop of Vannes. Lambader was a former commandership of the Order of Templars and later became a priory of the Order of St John of Jerusalem. As it threatened to ruin at the end of the 19th century, it was one of the five religious buildings in Finistère classified by list of protected historical monuments in 1840, intended to unlock funds for an emergency restoration.
