Jardin Alpin

About

The Alpine garden is located in the heart of the Jardin des Plantes, in the 5th arrondissement of Paris, France. Just like the Plant Garden itself and all the buildings in it, the Alpine garden belongs to the National Museum of Natural History and has been listed as a historic monument since March 24, 1993. With an area of 4,000 m2, the Alpine garden was created between 1930 and 1936 to present the Alpine and Mediterranean flora to the public.
