The Botanical Garden of Foncaude is a seven-hectare botanical garden in the commune of Feuilla in the department of Aude and the Occitanie region of France. Created on the basis of botanical routes in the Corbières in 1991, the garden has some 2,000 plant species, some 20 years later. It consists of three parts:
arboretum with 2,000 trees and shrubs (including 200 palm trees), belonging to 300 species of conifers and deciduous trees; the Mediterranean area, with 340 wild or introduced species; Cactae and Succulente rocks, with more than 8,000 plants belonging to 1,300 different species. The collection of agaves with more than 270 species is approved by the Conservatoire des collections plantes spécialisés ; It is one of the most important in France.
