About

The Saint-Clément de Tours church is a former parish church dedicated to Catholic worship in Tours, in the department of Indre-et-Loire (France). Located in the Old Towers, not far from the Basilica of Saint Martin de Tours, it was built in 1462 to replace an old chapel raised to the rank of parish church. It was closed to the cult of the Revolution, sold in 1792 to the city of Tours which used it as a grain hall, demolished in 1883, its poor condition making a possible restoration too costly.
