The Cathedral of Notre-Dame de Taiohae, also known as the Cathedral of Notre-Dame des Marquises, is a Roman Catholic cathedral located in Taiohae in the Marquesas Islands in French Polynesia in the diocese of Taiohae. Construction began in 1973 on the site of an old 19th century church and the inauguration took place in 1977. Built in the 20th century, the cathedral contains a wooden statue of "Tou" by Monsignor Dordillon, priest from 1848 to 1888, as well as his grave. This is the largest church in the Marquesas Islands.
