The bridge of Saint-Mathurin-sur-Loire is a lattice bridge on the Loire, in the department of Maine-et-Loire. It connects the commune of Saint-Mathurin-sur-Loire to Saint-Rémy-la-Varenne. It was completed in 1954.

It has a length of 398 m. It replaces an old suspended bridge dating from 1847, which had been destroyed in 1940.
