château de Regnéville
The Château de Regnéville is a former castle founded in the 12th century, rebuilt in the 14th and 15th centuries and ruined in 1637, whose remains stand on the French commune of Regnéville-sur-Mer in the department of Manche in the Normandy region. The fortress played an important role in the Hundred Years War. Today owned by the General Council of the English Channel, excavation campaigns and restoration work gradually revived it. The remains of the castle are protected as historical monuments.
