Tournoël Castle is a former castle in Volvic, France. It is classified as historical monuments by the list of 1889. First fortress of the Counts of Auvergne, its siege in 1213 will put an end to the war between Guy II and Philippe Auguste and will mark the attachment of a majority of the county of Auvergne to the royal domain. Later royal possession the castle will eventually pass into the hands of different families of the aristocracy, from Maulmont to Chabrol.
