Musée de Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye

The museum of Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye is located in the medieval village of Saint-Antoine-l'Abbaye of the new homonymous municipality in Isère, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Created in 1979, the departmental museum is spread over more than 1,300 m2 in several 17th and 18th century buildings protected under the Historic Monuments. In the former novitiate the museum houses on two floors the permanent path Chronicles of an abbey. On the ground floor the vaulted room welcomes temporary exhibitions.
