This green space is located 12 rue de Béarn. There are also accesses rue des Minimes, rue des Tournelles and rue Saint-Gilles. The site is served by metro line 1 at Saint Paul station and metro line 8 at Chemin Vert station. The garden is crossed by the Arnaud-Beltrame driveway.

The garden pays tribute to Arnaud Beltrame, colonel of the gendarmerie murdered during the terrorist attack on 23 March 2018 in Trèbes.
