The Chapel Notre-Dame-de-la-Visitation, or Chapel des Penitents-Blancs, is a chapel located in Piène-Haute on the territory of the commune of Breil-sur-Roya in the French department of Alpes-Maritimes. The chapel is managed by the association of the White Penitents of Piène-Haute, under the title of the Visitation. The patron saint of the brotherhood is Saint Elizabeth.
