The convent of Sainte-Catherine-du-Val-des-Écoliers, also called priory or monastery or church of Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Couture in Paris, is a former Parisian church founded by the sergeants of arms of the king's guard, in memory of the Battle of Bouvines and then destroyed in the late eighteenth century. His outbuildings served as a cemetery.
