tour de la Chèvre d'Or
The Golden Goat Tower is a probable pile-type Roman funeral monument in Biot, in the French department of the Alpes-Maritimes. Built on the edge of an ancient or even ancient way, it is probably built in the 1st century AD and is ostentatiously accompanied, thanks to the niche whose upper part is provided and which seems to have housed a statue, a funeral chamber located at its foot. It was classified as a historical monument in 1943.
