The Jérôme-Seydoux–Pathé Foundation is a recognized foundation of public utility founded on May 9, 2006. It works to preserve and make available to the public the historical heritage of Pathé. Bringing together all of Pathé's non-film collections since its creation in 1896, the Jérôme-Seydoux–Pathé Foundation is a research centre for historians, teachers, students and all those interested in cinema.

It thus promotes the history of cinema through the history of Pathé. Its president is Sophie Seydoux (d), wife of Jérôme Seydoux.
