musée Fragonard de l'École vétérinaire de Maisons-Alfort
The Fragonard Museum gathers the collections of the Alfort National Veterinary School located in Maisons-Alfort. It is dedicated to the anatomist Honoré Fragonard and took the name of the Fragonard museum of the Veterinary School of Houses-Alfort on the occasion of its reopening on November 1, 2008. This prestigious school was established in 1766 at the Castle of Alfort. She holds the title of the second veterinary school in the world after that of Lyon, founded just four years ago by Claude Bourgelat, squire of King Louis XV.
