grotte de Bara-Bahau
The cave of Bara-Babau (or Bara-Bao), a hundred meters long, is one of the paleolithic adorned caves of the Vézère valley located in the commune of Bugue in Dordogne, New Aquitaine region. It is of geological interest, in particular by its eccentric and prehistoric concretions, by the parietal engravings it contains. It takes its name from a local occitan onomatopoeia which means "badaboum" with reference to collapsed blocks visible in the first room. Private property open to the public, it was classified as a historic monument in 1961.
