The Museum of Fossils "Victor Zaneboni" of Tourtour is a public municipal establishment, dependent on the municipality of Tourtour. It is a public-receiving facility (PRE) with collections made up of more than 1,000 objects and specimens of rocks and fossils from the Upper Var. They were largely formed and then bequeathed to the commune by local scholar Victor Zaneboni (1917-1999), and subsequently enriched by other contributions and donations and acquisitions.
