About

The church Saint-Vincent-de-Paul is a Catholic church located at 2 avenue de Normandie, in the Canardière district at the Meinau. The first stone was laid on 15 July 1962. It was consecrated by Bishop Jean-Julien Weber on 8 December 1964 and is characterized by its 30-metre high campanile, with four bells, and the use of apparent concrete.

The church architect is André Le Donné and the stained glass windows are from Léon Zack. The high altar was carved by Maxime Adam Tessier. The organ was made by Kern.

The church has 600 seats. A weekly chapel of about 70 places is located on the lower level, as well as a large parish hall set up in a concert hall, and several meeting rooms.
