The Meinau Stadium, commonly known as the Meinau Stadium, is a football stadium located in Strasbourg, France, whose club resides in the Racing Club Strasbourg Alsace. The site of the Meinau Stadium has been used to play football there since 1906, when FC Frankonia's club gradually transforms the meadow of the Haemmerlé Garden into a football field. From 1914, the pre was used by FC Neudorf, which renamed itself Racing Club Strasbourg in 1919.
The first wooden stand was built in 1921, when the garden became known as the Meinau Stadium. The enclosure was renovated in 1951 before being completely rebuilt in 1984. A renovation, restructuring and expansion project is underway, bringing the stadium's capacity by 2026 to approximately 32,000 seating positions and will be the first stadium in the Grand Est region.
The main sports equipment of the city, the stadium of the RC Strasbourg, the enclosure hosts on an ad hoc basis other sporting or cultural events. The stadium is located in the Meinau district on the banks of the Krimmeri.
